Located in the brownstone neighborhood of Boerum Hill, at the meeting of Park Slope and Gowanus, 601 Baltic Street is a 30,000 SF, 10 story, 21-unit residential condominium. The building houses residences ranging from one to three bedrooms, topped with a penthouse boasting a private roof terrace. Homeowners have access to private cellar storage, bike storage and gym facilities.

Designed in-house, the building is clad in brick with custom shapes framing the windows, sitting atop a precast stone base. The corner lot provides ample light to the residences filtering through generous windows. All units contain marble-clad bathrooms and custom kitchens.
